About Me

I am passionate about therapy as a space where people can find time for themselves, a space to reflect on life and what they want from it, and can grow to their full potential.

I work long-term and short-term with clients as suits their needs and have experience working with

anxiety, low mood, trauma, work stress, relationship anxiety, and dissociative difficulties.

I am currently working towards an Advanced Diploma in Contemporary Psychotherapy.
