Gina Neale

My first career was in education management and human resources. In my thirties I began training as a counsellor, and I have been working as a counsellor and psychotherapist for the past eighteen years. 

​

 

I have an MSc in Integrative Psychotherapy and am registered as a Psychotherapist with the UKCP (see useful links). I am also a Clinical Supervisor, working with qualified counsellors and psychotherapists.  As a supervisor, I aim to create a supportive and inclusive environment, in which you can gain deeper insights and understandings to improve your clinical practice.

 

Supervision is a relationship which can offer support, and allow you to share relevant aspects of yourself and your work. It's a place for you to reflect on any difficulties you may experience and also to celebrate your successes. We will work together collaboratively within clear boundaries to ensure ethical practice while also normalising your experiences and providing encouragement.

 

I take a relational approach and am mindful of the importance of cultural context, privilege and power dynamics in our work. All aspects of your work are welcome.
