I am trained in integrative psychotherapeutic practice, meaning that whilst mindfully listening to you and caring for you, I will be drawing from a variety of psychological concepts and theories to help you make more sense of what is troubling you and why.Drawing on these, I aim to offer you an individualistic approach to your therapy; one that
most suits your most present needs in the emerging moments of talking and working together.

I offer short term – results-orientated therapy, as well as medium to longer term – deeper
change therapy. Support with:
